I am a certified executive coach from Henley Business School and now coach and mentor individuals and teams, whilst keeping my hand in as a fractional CxO. And I love kayaking in icy places. As a business scales it gets harder to manage. I'm passionate about building simple repeatable business processes that allow managers to focus on what's really important.
I cut my teeth implementing agile process across global businesses, and now support startups in building right-sized process.
Fractional CxO
A COO allows a founder to work on the business as opposed to in it.
I work as a fractional COO - once as a founding COO picking up all the roles that were not hired for, and more recently as a COO overseeing day-to-day operations of a business.
Key to success? Chemistry and can-do attitude.

I work with clients undertaking digital transformation - from smart products to customer journeys to digital ecosystems. My focus is on using technology to enable new business models and revenue streams.

TI is a global manufacturer suppling parts to 50% of all cars built worldwide. As Global CIO my role was to digitalise the business - transforming the customer experience; enhancing employee effectiveness and engagement; and simplifying product design, manufacture and supply chain. All at low cost!

My career has been around creating effective leaders and teams - as they underpin successful businesses. From effective communivcation to emotional intelligence. My experience ranges from large plc's such as Unilever, to PE owned Businesses. I am a certified Coach from Henley Business School.

My passion for teams and turn-arounds started when I was appointed General Manager and challenged to turn around or close a loss making division of ECC. We rebuilt the workforce into effective motivated teams, reformulated the products, reconnected with customers and hit profit within 8 months.
Balance & My Best Self
What brings me alive? Helping myself and others become our best selves & community - at work or play. I run an all volunteer canoe, kayak and SUP club that gets 100's of young people and adults onto the water. I enjoy expedition paddling, hiking, scuba diving, freediving and laughing out loud.
